Phase 1: Setup & Delivery
The most critical phase. Our teams inspect delivery vehicles, exhibition construction materials, exhibit goods, and empty halls before admission. This ensures that dangers do not enter the premises in the first place.
Phase 2: Event Operations
During the trade fair, we secure sensitive areas such as backstage zones, press centers, and VIP lounges. Our teams also work discreetly in plain clothes upon request, seamlessly integrating into your existing security structures without disrupting trade fair operations.
Phase 3: Special Situations & Ad-hoc Operations
In cases of concrete threats or suspicious objects, our teams are quickly on-site nationwide. We support police measures with rapid and reliable inspection and help minimize lockdown periods.
